Charlotte Ashworth has just been appointed to the role of UK Sales executive for Muntons Ingredients division. In this new position, Charlotte will be responsible for the development and management of accounts across the UK particularly within the food and baking industry.
Graduating from the University of Suffolk having gained a BSc (Hons) in Nutrition and Human Health, Charlotte joined Muntons in 2015 in the technical sales support team. She acted as the first point of contact in response to technical queries raised by Muntons customers and channel partners.
In her role Charlotte attended events and exhibitions around the world, meeting with customers, potential customers and Muntons agents and distributors, giving her a valuable insight and experience within the commercial side of the business.
Her appointment to this new position underlines Muntons commitment to the development of sales and applications of malted ingredients within this important business sector.

Muntons are the largest manufacturer of malted ingredients in Europe and export their products to over seventy countries world-wide. Based in Stowmarket Suffolk, and with another maltings in Bridlington Yorkshire, they use over a quarter of a million tonnes of locally grown malting barley every year.
